OUR MISSION
Careers are in flux as AI-era technologies transform opportunities. This is especially true for managers and professionals, or those studying to be tomorrow's leaders. Existing roles are being replaced or transformed. New specialisms emerge, sometimes briefly. The speed of change is increasing. Rivals, human and non-human, are becoming increasingly capable. Never-before opportunities (for some) emerge!
Faced with this new reality, managers, professionals and students must master the personal capabilities required to survive and thrive in a new technological era.
After decades of expertise promoting human-centric management development, Dr David L. Francis (Dave) and Dr Mike Woodcock identified specific psychological traits and adaptive skill sets required for the new paradigm.
